The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) has reinstated funding for the Concord-Carlisle High School project.  In a letter dated January 10, the MSBA offered an amendment to the Project Funding Agreement (PFA) which affirms the original agreement between the Concord-Carlisle Regional School District and the MSBA .  Once both parties sign the amendment, the project can begin to submit requests for reimbursement as outlined in the PFA for more than $28 million.
